While providing grand roadside assistance, the inclusion of life assurance benefits for our plan makes it superb. How can you beat affordability mixed with the security of coverage in all sorts of situations – starting with breakdowns to any emergency services!

How to use roadside assistance

It’s simple. Dial 1 (800) 227-6459, for toll-free assistance, and tell them what is going on. Once we have an accurate picture of the problem, we can send over someone with the right experience to help.

Once I have called, how long will I have to wait for help?

On average, we have dispatched and arrived within 45-60 minutes of travel time. Although, when you call the representative will have the ability to give you a better estimate based on your location.

Can one plan with MCA cover multiple cars?

YES! We will send the best assistance we can find to any vehicle with the card holder present.

Is my membership immediately activated?

Your membership will be activated within 24 hours. If you have any problems within that time period, call us at 1 (800) 435-7622.

Will I know if a tow truck has been dispatched?

Again, yes. We want you to feel safe and secure, thus we will stay in contact with you throughout the whole process.

Will MCA cover motorcycles?

Yes we will. Over coverage can include cars, motorcycles, RV, livestock trailer, boat and don’t forget your Duley Pickup.

Will MCA take care of horse trailers?

Yes, horse trailers can be covered in our trailer plan.

What happens if I am hospitalized?

Because you are an MCA member, your benefits include up to $150 per day for a consecutive 365 days. This includes any charges for room and board due to the injuries from a covered accident.

My car gets disabled and I’m out of town. What happens?

What happens is you no longer have to worry about traveling. With MCA, you can get $500 travel assistance and reimbursements for auto rentals, lodging, meals, or transportation costs if the automobile is kind of differences will I experience with MCA compared to other roadside plans?

We don’t ONLY include roadside assistance, we take the full value by complementing roadside with life assurance and other benefits. Our plan is affordable and gives you more security in coverage than any other and that would include emergency services or simple breakdowns.

What is the best way to use roadside assistance?

All you have to do is dial the toll-free number: 1 (800) 227-6459. That’s it. A representative will answer and you can easily explain your situation to them and they will dispatch the right assistance for your situation.

Is there a long wait period for dispatch?

Typically, dispatch has the personnel contacted and there within about 45-60 minutes of travel time. But, you should always ask the representative because depending on your situation and location it could be sooner.

Will MCA cover more than one car?

You’re in luck! As long as the card holder is present, dispatch will send out the services to best fit your needs.

Is activation immediate?

Usually the activation takes about 24 hours. Should you need assistance before then, give us a shout at 1 (800) 435-7622.

How can I be sure someone is on their way with a tow?

Because our members are so important to us, we will keep in contact with you until the situation has absolved.

Are motorcycles covered?

Of course we do! Coverage includes motorcycles, cars, livestock trailer, RV, boat even the Duley!

What about horse trailers?

Like a livestock trailer, horse trailers are also covered under our plans.

If I get hospitalized, can you help?

MCA members have benefits that include $150 each consecutive day up to 365 days. Your membership includes room and board charges that were incurred because of the covered accident.

I’m on vacation and my car stops working, can you help?

Don’t worry! We’ve got your back during any travels. Should the car be disabled during an out of town trip, you can be reimbursed and get assistance of up to $500. This includes fees incurred for lodging, transportation, meals or auto rentals.
